When I first came to American Limousine, I knew immediately that I was working for a professional organization. Their operation parallels that of a major corporation. Customer service and satisfaction are paramount in company policy. Every chauffeur is professional in their approach to service every client. This is mandated by management, who also provides training to make sure every chauffeur is qualified and has the tools to do his or her best. I am writing this feedback to pay a compliment to one of your drivers, Bill Butler. I was the Matron of Honor in my cousin wedding in August. I want to tell you about how Bill went above and beyond for us and how appreciative we are that he was our driver!
After the ceremony he dropped us off at the Turning Stone for us to take pictures before the reception. After hopping off the bus, we realized that we had forgotten the box of bridesmaid's flowers at the church! After a phone to call to your company, I was given Bill's cell phone number and called him immediately. I told him what had happened and he said that he would go back and get the flowers. He went all the way back to Liverpool and delivered our flowers to us at the Turning Stone as fast as he could. When he arrived with them, he did not charge us the additional time it took him, since he said that he was still on the clock.
All in all, Bill saved the day for us! The bride and groom had spent hundreds of dollars on these flowers and wanted them in the pictures as well as for the bridesmaids to enter the reception holding them. We are so grateful for Bill's professionalism and understanding of how important these things can be to the bride and groom on their wedding day. Even before he saved the day, he was a very courteous, friendly, and helpful chauffer to the bridal party the morning of the wedding.
On behalf of the bride and groom (who are on their honeymoon) hats off to Bill for being a wonderful driver on the most important day of a couple's life! Thank you so much for your professional service.
