"The Perfect Day"
Dear Mr. Donohue,
My husband and I wanted to write you and let you know that American Limousine helped make our wedding the Perfect wedding day that ran smoothly and without problems. We particularly want to praise Trinidad Martinez, our driver, for the outstanding job that he did. Not only was he timely and efficient, but he went the extra mile by being available to help out when he saw the need. For example, it was an extremely hot day and he grabbed water for my husband after the ceremony, even though we never asked him to. He also helped me with my train on multiple occasions getting in and out of the limousine and also in the church. I was getting ready to walk down the aisle and no one was left to help straighten my train, and Trinidad seeing that no one was thereto do it, came over and helped without being asked. He was so friendly, easy going and helpful. It was a privilege to have him as our chauffeur.

100 Years Old!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you so much for the kind act that you did for my grandmother, Ruth Barclay. There really aren't enough words to say that can express my gratitude towards American Limousine. It really made her day to make a grand entrance at her 100th birthday party arriving in a limousine. A very special thank you goes to Trinidad for being that special person that he is. He treated my grandmother like a queen. You are fortunate to have him as an employee. I wish the weather could have been nicer but at least it wasn't snowing. Again I thank you so much for your donation and have enclosed a picture in remembrance of the good deed you have done. There aren't many people who make it to 100 years old who are still able to go out partying. I will be recommending your limousine company to all of my friends and colleagues.
